摘要
本文就"G-U-S"教师教育合作模式进行了深入探索,创新实践了以省教育厅牵头引导,学校、市(县)教育局、中小学校联合的教师教育模式,以期实现校地协同创新、教师教育队伍建设协同创新和师范生培养机制协同创新,推动区域教师教育和基础教育改革发展,为我国教师教育改革发展提供借鉴。
This article explores the G-U-S cooperation mode of teacher education, highlighting the innovative practice with the provincial government taking the main responsibility and with a masterstroke of the alliance among universities, city or country bureaus of education, and primary and secondary schools. This mode aims to realize the coordinative innovation in schools, the construction of teaching team, and the mechanism of normal university student education, which will promote the reform of regional teacher education and elementary education and serve as reference for Chinese teacher education development.
