大文化观视角下高校师生交流平台建设研究

Research on the Construction of Teacher-student Exchange Platform under the Grand Views of Culture

大学肩负着文化传承、创造与发展的历史重任,大学文化是培育创新人才、推动科技进步促进科学发展的沃土,而大学师生关系是整个大学文化中最直接、最重要、最根本的组成部分。当前我国高校师生关系不容乐观,师生交流缺失情况严重。这一现象的产生一方面是因为师生的交集大都集中在课堂之上,另一方面也是大学专业文化与校园文化分离的表现。因此,在大文化观视角下,构建课堂之外的师生交流平台,是值得研究和思考的问题。

Universities shoulder the historical responsibility of cultural inheritance, creation and development. Excellent uni-versity culture makes for cultivating innovative talents, promoting technological progress and scientific development. The rela-tionship between university teachers and students is the most direct, important and fundamental component of the whole uni-versity culture. But currently, the relationship between teachers and students in colleges in our country is not good and there is little communication between teachers and students. One of the reasons is that the intersection between teachers and students is mostly concentrated in the class. On the other hand, it is also a manifestation of the separation of professional culture and campus culture. Therefore, it is worth thinking to construct a teacher-student exchange platform outside the classroom from the perspective of great cultural outlook.
