摘要
讨论教学法是提升管理类课程教学效果的重要教学方式,也是高校管理类课程改革的重点与方向,各高校纷纷采用了这一教学方法。但我们在实施过程中却发现,因为各类主客观的原因,教学效果不尽如人意,学生反应不佳,甚至还很抵触,这就要求我们必须找出并正视讨论教学法现存的问题,有针对性地进行改善,才能发挥其应有的作用。
Discussion teaching method is an important way to improve the teaching effect of management courses, and is also the focus and direction of the reform of the colleges and universities management courses. But in the implementation process we has found that because of various subjective and objective reasons, the teaching effect is not satisfactory, students reflect poor and even conflict, which requires us to must find and confront the existing problems of discussion teaching method, solve these problems and exert its advantages.
