The arrangement of homework is an important part of the teaching process, which can help teachers to grasp the students＇ learning situation in time and provide the foundation for the further arrangement of teaching. A reasonable and effec-tive setting of homework should be a compulsory course for every teacher. In order to improve the quality of teaching and pro-mote the implementation of quality education in Yamagata Elementary School, this article will discuss the stratification of homework from four aspects： the problems of homework, the connotation of stratified settings, the principle of stratification and the implementation of stratification.
