摘要
学前教育对幼儿身心发展以及性格养成有着重要的作用,而现阶段中国学前教育还未被纳入义务教育体系。幼儿园作为学前教育的主体机构,存在公办比例低,区域发展不平衡等问题。本文针对学前教育中公办幼儿园比例较低的问题,分析了其产生的历史根源,以及发展公办属性幼儿园所面临的机遇与挑战。并针对公共部门如何有效利用现有资源,促进公办幼儿园快速均衡发展,给出了建议措施。
Preschool education plays an important role in the development of children. At the present stage, preschool educa-tion in China has not yet been included in the compulsory education system. Kindergarten, as the main body of preschool edu-cation, has the problems of low public ownership and unbalanced regional development. This paper analyzes the historical ori-gin of the preschool education in terms of the low proportion of public kindergartens, and the opportunities and challenges for the development of public property kindergartens. And for the public sector how to effectively use existing resources to pro-mote the rapid and balanced development of public kindergartens, given the recommended measures.
