University Physique Financial Ability Training and Social Work Intervention

大学时代是人生的关键时期,而拥有合理的理财观念及适当的理财能力对于大学生该阶段的发展至关重要。原生家庭、同辈群体、社会环境等多个方面影响了大学生理财观念,而理财观念又直接影响到个人的未来发展及下一代的健康成长。本文主要采用访谈法和文献研究,以定性分析为主,以当代大学生为研究对象,分析了其财务状况和理财能力培养的紧迫性,另外从微观、中观、宏观三个层面分析了其存在的问题及原因,并加以解释说明。实际介入过程中,本文从社会工作的角度出发,以生态系统理论和增能理论为支持理论,详细介绍了社会工作在此过程中介入的原则。并分别运用个案社会工作、小组社会工作、社区社会工作的方法对大学生理财能力培养的介入进行展开探讨,摸索切实可行的实务工作模式。最后,本文反思了社会工作介入该问题的优势与不足之处,为今后同类问题的社会工作介入提供参考与反思。

The university age is the key period of life, and having a reasonable financial management concept and proper fi-nancial management ability is very important for the development of college students at this stage. The primary family, the peer group, the social environment and so on have influenced the college students＇ financial concept, and the financial concept di-rectly affects the future development of the individual and the healthy growth of the next generation. This article mainly adopts the interview method and the literature research, with the qualitative analysis mainly, taking the contemporary college students as the research object, analyzes the urgency of their financial situation and financial ability training, and analyses the existing problems and reasons from the microcosmic, meso and macro levels in three aspects, and adds explanation.In the process of actual intervention, from the perspective of social work, this paper introduces the principles of the intervention in the process of social work in detail, with the theory of ecological system and the theory of energy increasing as the support theory. And using the methods of case social work, group social work and community social work, this paper probes into the intervention of College Students＇ financial ability training and explores practical work patterns.Finally, this paper reflects on the advantages and disadvantages of Social Work Intervening in this issue, and provides reference and reflection for the future social work in-tervention of similar problems.
