高校大学生就业能力培养机制阻力探析

自从我国高等教育由精英教育向大众教育转化后,高校毕业生就急剧增加,大学生就业压力也随之变大,但是大学生的就业能力并没有随之提升,这与高校在大学生就业能力培养中存在很大的关系。因高校在大学生就业能力培养中存在许多的问题,学生的就业能力无法得到提升,因此,无法在激烈的社会竞争中找到理想的工作。因此本文探析高校就业能力培养存在的问题,并且寻找解决问题新的思路。

Since the transformation of China＇s higher education from elite education to mass education, college graduates have increased sharply, and the employment pressure of college students has also increased, but the employment ability of college students has not been improved, which has a great relationship with the cultivation of college students＇ employment ability. Be-cause there are many problems in the cultivation of college students＇ employment ability, students＇ employment ability cannot be improved, so they cannot find the ideal job in the fierce social competition. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems in the cultivation of employability in Colleges and universities, and finds new ways to solve them.
