协同创新视角下连锁经营课程项目化教学体系的构建

Construction of Project Teaching System of Chain Management Course Based on Collaborative Innovation

项目化教学是连锁经营课程教学改革的重要模式,本文以校企协同创新为视角,认为项目化教学必须突破参与主体间的壁垒,借助岗位和技能"双需求",明确教学职业能力目标,并以岗位工作为主线,以"工学"为教学模式,重点构建连锁经营课程项目导向性教学体系。

Project-oriented teaching is an important mode of teaching reform of chain management courses. This paper takes the schoolenterprise collaborative innovation as the perspective, and believes that project-based teaching must break through the barriers between participating subjects, and use the ＂double demand＂ of positions and skills to clarify the teaching professional ability goals. Taking the job as the main line and taking ＂work-study＂ as the teaching mode, we will focus on building a chain-oriented course system.
