随着素质教育改革的深入,素质教育理念深入人心,人才培养的落脚点是其素质和能力的提升,成人教育比成才教育更重要。受社会主义市场经济的影响,学生德育素养整体滑坡严重,德育教育强化,三好人才教育实施具有现实必要性。本文以金浪中学三好人才培养的具体策略为指导,为德育教育及三好教育的创新优化指明了方向,也对学校高素质人才的培养提供指导与参考。

With the deepening of quality education reform, the concept of quality education is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The foothold of talent cultivation is the improvement of its quality and ability. Adult education is more important than talent education. Affected by the socialist market economy, the overall moral education of students is seriously deteriorating, moral education is intensified, and the implementation of the three-good talent education has practical necessity. This paper takes the specific strategy of the cultivation of three-good talents in Jinlang Middle School as the guide, points out the direction for the innovation and optimization of moral education and three-good education, and also provides guidance and reference for the cultivation of high-quality talents in schools.
