农村留守儿童家庭教育现状调查研究——以重庆市R县为例 被引量:3

摘要 改革开放以来,社会逐渐转型,城市化进程加快,我国开始出现大规模流动人口,留守儿童也相继产生。由于有关留守儿童的教育、生活保障、心理健康等问题具有隐蔽性,留守儿童群体并未受到多数人的关注,自从2004年5月31日,教育部专门召开了研究留守儿童问题的"中国农村留守儿童问题研究"座谈会以后,各级政府和社会各界人士开始高度重视留守儿童群体,相关制度政策和学术研究成果等随之出现。2014年全国教育事业发展统计公报的数据显示,农村留守儿童共2075.42万人。2016年2月,经李克强总理签批,国务院印发《关于加强农村留守儿童关爱保护工作的意见》,提出加强农村留守儿童关爱保护工作、维护未成年人合法权益,是各级政府的重要职责,也是家庭和全社会的共同责任。由此可见,留守儿童的问题已引发全社会关注。原生家庭环境对于留守儿童自身发展影响最大,调查其家庭教育现状,对促进留守儿童身心发展具有重要意义。 Since the reform and opening up, the society has gradually transformed and the urbanization process has accelerated. China has begun to have a large-scale floating population, and left-behind children have also emerged. Since the problems of left-behind children's education, living security, mental health and other issues are hidden, the left-behind children's group has not received the attention of most people. Since May 31, 2004, the Ministry of Education has specially held a "Chinese rural area" to study the problem of left-behind children. After the symposium on the study of left-behind children, people at all levels of government and people from all walks of life began to attach great importance to the group of left-behind children, and relevant institutional policies and academic research results followed. According to the statistics of the 2014 National Statistical Report on Education Development, there are a total of 20,754,200 left-behind children in rural areas. In February 2016, with the approval of Premier Li Keqiang, the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Care and Protection of Left-behind Children in Rural Areas", and proposed to strengthen the care and protection of left-behind children in rural areas and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of minors. It is an important duty of governments at all levels. It is also the shared responsibility of the family and the whole society. It can be seen that the problem of left-behind children has aroused the concern of the whole society. The original family environment has the greatest impact on the development of left-behind children. It is of great significance to investigate the current situation of family education and promote the physical and mental development of left-behind children.
