摘要
试验研究了不同叠轧工艺对AZ31B镁合金板材微观组织及轧制成形能力的影响。研究结果表明,采用厚板夹薄板的叠轧工艺可成功制备出厚度为0.05 mm的AZ31镁合金超薄板材,且表面质量良好,无边裂现象,平均晶粒尺寸约5μm。这种叠轧工艺可以有效细化合金板材组织,显著改善AZ31镁合金超薄板的轧制成形能力。
The influence of different pack rolling processes on micro-structure and rolling forming ability of AZ31 magnesium alloy ultra-thin sheet was studied in the experiment. The research results show that 0.05 mm ultra-thin sheet of AZ31 magnesium alloy can be pro- duced with the pack rolling process when the thin sheet is sandwiched with two thick plates. And there is good surface, no crack in the sheet and with average grain size 5 μm. This kind of pack rolling leads to refined alloy structure and improved rolling forming ability of AZ31 magnesium alloy uhra-thin sheet.
