摘要
目的建立一种简便、快速的纳米银抗菌凝胶前处理方法,并对银含量的检测方法进行对比研究。方法分别采用超声波溶解和硝酸消解的方式对抗菌凝胶进行处理,优化前处理方法,并对检测银含量的石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行比较分析。结果抗菌凝胶用超声波溶解效果好,简单、快速,可代替传统硝酸消解。通过方法学验证和方法比对试验,GFAAS法可代替ICP-MS法检测抗菌凝胶中银含量。结论纳米银抗菌凝胶用超声波溶解处理、GFAAS法检测银含量,具有准确、便捷、经济等优点,可为相关国家标准的修订提供参考。
Objective To establish a simple and rapid pretreatment method for nano-silver antibacterial gel,and compare silver content determination method. Methods The antimicrobial gel was treated by ultrasonic dissolution and nitric acid digestion respectively,and the pretreatment method was optimized. The determination of silver content by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) were compared and analyzed. Results The antibacterial gel was well dissolved by ultrasonic wave. It was simple,fast and could replace the traditional nitric acid digestion. By means of methodological validation and comparison tests,the GFAAS method could be used to detect silver content in antibacterial gel instead of ICP-MS method. Conclusions The determination of silver in nano-silver antibacterial gel by ultrasonic dissolution treatment and GFAAS has the advantages of accuracy,convenience,economy and so on,which can provide reference for the revision of relevant national standards.
