楼宇酸性氧化电位水的理化特性及手卫生中应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察楼宇酸性氧化电位水(EOW)理化特性及其手卫生中应用价值。方法通过现场采样和细菌培养方法,对不同楼层酸性氧化电位水应用效果进行比较观察,同时与某抗菌洗手液作平行比较。楼宇酸性氧化电位水生产系统采取集中生产,然后将生产的酸性氧化电位水通过管道分配到各楼层临床科室使用终端,在连续1周内每日检测EOW理化性能和手卫生效果。结果 EOW随分配流动距离和保存时间的延长,有效氯浓度越低,手卫生效果也降低。EOW流动距离超过一层楼距离,其洗手杀菌效果即低于常用抗菌洗手液。结论楼宇酸性氧化电位水的性质不稳定,楼层和保存时间均对EOW理化性能和手卫生效果产生影响。 Objective To observe the physiochemical properties of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW) from the building system and its application value in hand washing. Methods The application effect of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water in different floors as well as a antibacterial hand sanitizer was compared by spot sampling and bacterial culture. The acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water was centralized produced,and then distributed to each terminal of clinical departments through the pipeline. The physicochemical performance of EOW and hand hygiene effect were tested daily for one week. Results The chlorine concentration of EOW decreased and hand hygiene effect weakened with the flowing distance increased and storage time extended. If the distance was more than one floor,the germicidal effect was lower than that of common antibacterial hand sanitizer. Conclusion The property of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water from the building system is unstable,and both distance and storage time affect the physicochemical properties of EOW and hand washing effect.
