低温条件下邻苯二甲醛对分枝杆菌杀灭效果的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的测定不同作用温度时,两种邻苯二甲醛杀灭分枝杆菌的效果,为临床实际应用提供参考。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验法,在不同温度条件下对邻苯二甲醛杀灭分枝杆菌的效果进行观察。结果两种邻苯二甲醛消毒液的pH值均为7.70,有效含量分别为5.6 g/L和5.7 g/L,对载体上分枝杆菌的的杀灭对数值达到3.0以上时,在不同温度条件下所需作用时间分别为5.0℃20.0 min、10.0℃15.0 min、15.0℃10.0 min和>20.0℃5.0min。结论温度对邻苯二甲醛杀灭分枝杆菌的效果影响较大,低温条件下其杀菌效果会降低。临床使用时应根据温度适当调整作用时间以保证杀菌效果。 Objective To determine the killing effect of two kinds of o-phthalaldehyde on Mycobacteria under different temperatures,so as to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the efficacy of phthalaldehyde in killing Mycobacterium at different temperatures. Results The pH values of the two kinds of o-phthalaldehyde disinfectants were both 7. 70,and the effective contents were 5. 6 g/L and 5. 7 g/L respectively.The killing logarithm of the Mycobacteria on carrier reached 3. 0 or more,and the required temperature and time were5. 0 ℃ 20. 0 min,10. 0℃ 15. 0 min,15. 0 ℃ 10. 0 min and 20. 0 ℃ 5. 0 min,respectively. Conclusion Temperature has a great influence on the killing effect of Mycobacterium by o-phthalaldehyde,and its germicidal efficacy will be reduced under low temperature. In clinical use,if the temperature is below 20 ℃,the exposure time should be increased to ensure its bactericidal effect.
