摘要
本研究结合科技型新企业特征,在已有创业者情感特征对技术商业化影响研究不足的基础上,借鉴认知理论来解释创业激情对新企业技术商业化速度的影响机理,探讨控制错觉和风险倾向这两个认知偏差因素在这一过程中的作用。结果显示,创业激情和认知偏差(控制错觉、风险倾向)均积极影响技术商业化速度,同时控制错觉和风险倾向在创业激情对技术商业化速度的影响过程中起着部分中介作用。该结论较好地弥补了已有理论研究不足,具有重要的实践意义。
This paper uses cognitive theory to explain the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial passion on the technology commercialization speed of new technological ventures,and explore the two cognitive bias factors role of illusion of control and risk propensity play in this process.The results showed that entrepreneurial passion and cognitive bias(illusion of control,risk propensity) positive influence on technology commercialization speed,and illusion of control and risk propensity play a partial mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and technology commercialization speed.This conclusion can make up for the gap of existing theoretical research.
