牛黄解毒片(丸)致过敏性休克文献分析

Literature analysis of allergic shock induced by Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets (pills)

目的探讨牛黄解毒片(丸)致过敏性休克的临床特点及发生规律。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台和中文期刊全文数据库中收录的相关文献,对牛黄解毒片(丸)致过敏性休克患者的性别、年龄、原患疾病、给药剂量、用药至发生过敏性休克时间,以及过敏性休克的临床表现、治疗及转归进行统计分析。结果牛黄解毒片(丸)致过敏性休克患者15例,其中男12例,女3例,年龄≤18岁2例,19~30岁6例,31~53岁7例。15例患者中7例用法用量与《中华人民共和国药典》不符,过敏性休克发生在用药30 min以内者9例,经积极抗休克治疗,14例患者均恢复正常,1例病死。结论临床应高度重视牛黄解毒片(丸)引起的过敏性休克不良反应,提高用药安全。

Objective To explore the general rules and characteristics of anaphylactic shock induced by Niuhuangjiedu Tablets （Pills）. Methods The related documents included in the Chinese journal full text database, Wanfang Data knowledge service platform and the full text database of Chinese periodicals were retrieved. The sex, age, primary disease, dosage, medication to anaphylactic shock time, and anaphylactic shock in patients with anaphylactic shock caused by Niuhuang detoxification tablets（pills） were reviewed. Statistical analysis of present, treatment and prognosis. Results 15 cases of allergic shock were induced by Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets（pills）, including 12 males and 3 females, 2 cases aged less than 18 years, 6 cases aged 19-30 years, 7 cases 31-53 years old. Of the 15 cases,7 cases were not used in accordance with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Anaphylactic shock occurred in 9 cases within 30 min of the drug. After active anti shock treatment, 14 cases were all restored to normal and 1 cases died. Conclusion Careful attention should be paid to the adverse drug reaction of anaphylactic shock induced by Niuhuangjiedu Tablets （Pills） in clinical practice to ensure safe drug use.
