基于频数分析和聚类分析的《类证治裁》血证用药规律研究

Analysis of Medication Rule of “Leizheng Zhicai” based on Frequency and Cluster analysis

目的:探讨清代医家林珮琴的血证论治规律。方法:收集整理林珮琴《类证治裁》血证部分涉及方药,建立数据库,运用频数分析及聚类分析方法行统计。结果:共纳入方剂152首,中药236味,总用药频次为958次;由频数分析得出林氏治疗血证的高频用药有当归(55),人参(48),天门冬(48),甘草(46),白术(41),熟地黄(38),黄芪(31),茯苓(28),川芎(25),生地黄(24)等;由聚类分析得出血证治疗常用药对8组,角药5组。结论:林氏论治血证,善于运用甘味药;熟谙气血关系,重视升降同调;突出从肾论治的同时,注重诸脏协同配合。

Objective： To explore the law of blood syndrome treatment of LIN Peiqin, a medical doctor in the Qing Dynasty. Methods： Collect and organize blood test part of the prescription of LIN Peiqin＇ s ＂Leizheng Zhicai＂ and es- tablish a database, use frequency analysis and cluster analysis method to conduct statistics. RESULTS： A total of 152 prescriptions were obtained, 236 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine, and the frequency of total medication was 958 times. From the frequency analysis, the high-frequency drugs for Lin＇s treatment of blood syndrome were Danggui（ 55 ）, Ptenshen （ 4g ）, Tainmendong （ 48 ）, Ganeao （ 46 ）, Baizhu （ 41 ）, Shudihuang （ 38 ）, Huangqi （ 31 ）, Fuling （28）, Chuanxiong （25）, Shengdihuang （24）, 8 herbal pairs and 5 three-drug parings were discovered based on cluster analysis. Conclusions： When treating blood syndromes, Lin prefers to sweet drugs to invigorate spleen, and takes qi- blood relations into consideration, laying emphasis on upward and downward movement of Qi distinctively, Lin treats blood syndromes from kidney, attaching importance to coordination of five internal organs.
