电针联合埋线治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍50例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Electro-acupuncture Combined with Sunk Cord in Patients with 50 Cases of Dysphagia after Stroke

目的:观察电针联合埋线对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:100例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为2组,对照组采用常规药物和吞咽功能康复训练,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上配合电针及埋线治疗。2组均以3周为一疗程。疗程结束后对2组患者吞咽功能进行评定。结果:治疗组总有效率90.0%,高于对照组68.0%(χ2=7.61,P=0.0223);2组治疗后吞咽功能评分均改善,治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合埋线能显著改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,且不良反应少,整体费用低,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of electro-acupuncture combined with sunk cord in patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods： 100 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated with western regular medicine treatment and swallowing function rehabilitation training, while electro-acupuncture combined with sunk cord were also used in the treatment group. Both groups were given a course of 3 weeks. After the course of treatment, the swallowing function of the two groups was evaluated. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0% that was better than the control group which was68.0% （χ^2=7.61, P=0.0223 ）; The scores of swallowing function were improved after treatment in the two groups, and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Electro-acupuncture combined with sunk cord can significantly improve the swallowing function of the patients with dysphagia after stroke, with less adverse reactions and low overall cost. It is worth popularizing.
