五禽戏联合化疗对肺癌患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响

Effect of Five-animal Exercises Combine with Chemotherapy on the Immune Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Lung Cancer

目的:观察肺癌患者五禽戏锻炼4个月后的免疫细胞活性及生活质量。方法:将患者根据是否进行五禽戏锻炼,分为实验组与对照组,比较两组患者化疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+水平及T淋巴细胞总数(CD3+)和生活质量。结果:实验组患者的生活质量明显提高(P<0.05),CD3+、CD4+水平显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:五禽戏锻炼对肺癌患者的免疫功能及生活质量有一定积极作用。

Objective： To observe the immune cell activity and quality of life of lung cancer patients after 4 months of Five-animal exercises. Methods： Patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to whether or not to carry out Five-animal exercises. The T lymphocyte subsets of CD4＋, CD8＋ and total T lymphocytes （CD3＋） and quality of life were compared before and after chemotherapy. Results： The quality of life of the experimental group was significantly improved （P〈0.05）, and the levels of CD3＋ and CD4＋ were significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion： Five-animal exercise has a positive effect on the immune function and quality of life of patients with lung cancer.
