不同时段乳房穴位按摩对剖宫产术后产妇泌乳的影响

Effect of Breast Acupoint Massage at Different times on Lactation of Women after Cesarean Section

目的:探讨早期不同时段乳房穴位按摩对剖宫产术后产妇泌乳情况的影响。方法:选取109例剖宫产术后产妇,随机分为2组,其中观察组55例,对照组54例,2组分别在术后2h、12h进行乳房穴位按摩。对比2组术后泌乳始动时间、乳汁分泌情况及泌乳素含量。结果:观察组术后12h、24h、48h血清泌乳素含量及乳汁分泌充足人数均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组泌乳始动时间优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在术后2h进行乳房穴位按摩对剖宫产术后产妇乳汁分泌情况效果极佳,并可使泌乳时间提前。

Objective： To explore the effect of breast acupoint massage at different time points on lactation after cesarean section. Methods： 109 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups, including 55 in the observation group and 54 in the control group. The acupoint massage was performed at 2h and 12h after operation. The postoperative lactation start time, milk secretion and prolactin content were compared between the two groups. Results： Serum prolactin levels and adequate milk secretion were higher in the observation group than in the control group at 12h, 24h, and 48h after operation （ P〈0.05 ）. The starting time of lactation in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Breast aeupoint massage at 2h postoperatively has an excellent effect on maternal milk secretion after cesarean section, and can make lactation time advance.
