摘要
目的:探讨多媒体教学配合视频及病案分析在内科学教学中的效果。方法:选择2015年10月-2017年12月安徽医科大学医学本科生400人,相同专业分组,其中实验组200人,采用多媒体结合视频及案例教学法;对比组200人,采用传统多媒体教学,2组对比教学效果,以考试成绩及课堂满意度调查作为评判标准。结果:2组学生在年龄、性别方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组学生理论考试成绩及课堂满意度调查结果优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多媒体教学配合视频及病案分析能调动学习积极性、活跃课堂气氛、培养学生临床思维,提高学习效率。
Objective: Explore the effects of multimedia teaching combined with video and medical record analysis in internal science teaching. Methods: From October 2015 to December 2017, 400 medical undergraduates from Anhui Medical University were selected, with the same professional grouping, including 200 experimental groups, using multimedia combined with video and case teaching methods. The comparison group consisted of 200 people, using traditional multimedia teaching, 2 groups of contrasting teaching effects, and the test scores and classroom satisfaction surveys as the criteria for judging. Results: There were no significant differences in age and gender between the two groups ( P〉0.05 ). The results of the theoretical test scores and classroom satisfaction surveys of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion: Multimedia teaching combined with video and medical case analysis can mobilize learning enthusiasm, active classroom atmosphere, cultivate students' clinical thinking, and improve learning efficiency.
