家庭支持对外科门诊慢性病就诊患者生活满意度的影响

The Effect of Family Support on Life Satisfaction of Outpatients Surgical Patients

目的：探讨家庭支持对外科门诊慢性病就诊患者生活满意度的影响。方法：采用随机方便抽样方法,抽取外科门诊慢性病就诊患者452例作为研究组,同时抽取436例健康人群作为对照组,采用领悟社会支持量表、生活满意度量表进行测评研究。结果：研究组生活满意度得分显著低于对照组（t=-8.062,P〈0.01）。高水平家庭支持外科门诊慢性病就诊患者生活满意度得分显著高于中间水平、低水平家庭支持患者（F=36.650,P〈0.01）,中间水平家庭支持患者生活满意度得分显著高于低水平家庭支持患者（P〈0.01）。回归分析结果显示,家庭支持进入外科门诊慢性病就诊患者生活满意度的回归方程（β=0.295,P〈0.01）。结论：外科门诊慢性病就诊患者生活满意度较低,家庭支持对外科门诊慢性病就诊患者生活满意度的影响比较明显。

Objective：To explore the effect of family support on life satisfaction of outpatients surgical patients.Methods：Using random convenient sampling method,a total of 452 cases were selected from outpatients surgical patients as the study group,and 436 cases healthy subjects were selected as the control group.They completed the Perceived Social Support Scale,Life Satisfaction Scale for statistical data analysis.Results：The score of life satisfaction of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ t =-8. 062,P〈0. 01）. The life satisfaction scores of outpatients surgical patients with high family support scores was significantly higher than those of the middle and low family support scores（ F = 36.650,P〈0.01）,the life satisfaction scores of outpatients surgical patients with high family support scores was significantly middle than those of the low family support scores（ P〈0. 01）. The results of multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that predictical sense,the family support entered the regression equation of life satisfaction（ β = 0. 295,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：The life satisfaction of outpatients surgical patients is low,the family support has a significant effect on the life satisfaction of outpatients surgical patients.
