社区空巢老人心理健康状况调查及对策

Investigation of Mental Health Status and Nursing Countermeasures of Empty Nesters in Community

目的：调查社区空巢老人心理健康状况并提出护理对策。方法：采取随机抽样的方法抽取60岁以上的空巢老人和非空巢老人各120例,采用心理健康自评问卷、社区老年人抑郁筛查量表、简易应对方式问卷、总体幸福感量表进行调查,对结果进行分析。结果：空巢老人心理健康自评问卷、抑郁情绪总平均分显著高于非空巢老人（t=2.145,2.125;P〈0.05）;应对方式中空巢组老人积极应对维度平均分显著低于非空巢组老人,消极应对维度平均分显著高于非空巢组老人（t=-7.129,6.642;P〈0.05）;空巢组老人总体幸福感评分显著低于非空巢组老人（t=-3.271,P〈0.05）。结论：社区空巢老人心理健康水平显著低于非空巢老人。

Objective：To investigate the mental health status of the empty nesters in the community and put forward the nursing countermeasures.Methods：Adopting random sampling method,totally 120 empty nest elderly over the age of 60 and non empty nest old man were selected and they completed the self-assessment questionnaire of psychological health,community elderly depression screening scale,simple coping style questionnaire,overall well-being scale. Results：There was a statistically significant difference in the mental health self-assessment questionnaire and the total average score of depression between empty nesters and non empty nesters（ t = 2.145,2.125;P〈0.05）.In the coping mode,the positive coping style of empty nesters was significantly lower than that of the non-empty nesters,and the average score of the negative coping dimensions was significantly higher than that of the non-empty nesters,and the differences were statistically significant（ t =-7.129,6.642;P〈0.05）.The average score of overall happiness was significantly lower than that of non-empty nesters,and the difference was statistically significant（ t =-3.271,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Community empty nest elderly mental health is obviously poorer than that of the non empty nesters.
