Improvement of Construction Method of Hyperbolic Reinforcement Concrete Cooling Tower

菏泽电厂二期扩建工程 2座 5 5 0 0m2 钢筋混凝土双曲线冷却塔施工时采用旧钢模 ,为了保证公司提出的创精品目标 ,采用了多种新工艺 ,在未加大成本的前提下 ,提高了工艺质量 ,取得了理想效果。本文重在介绍采取的工艺改进。

Old steel formworks were adopted in the construction of 2 5500m 2hyperbolic reinforcement concrete cooling towers in the second extension project of Heze Power Factory. To achieve the goal of “Construction Refined Building”, engineers used many new techniques to improve construction quality, and got good effect. In this article, authors mainly introduce those techniques and methods.
