特朗普主政以来,美国经济政策理念出现了前所未有的巨大变化,由"全球主义"全面转向"美国优先"。特朗普政府出于美国自身利益而力推"美国优先"的政策主张在逻辑上具备一定自洽性,但其总体经济政策调整既暴露出一系列难以克服的内在矛盾与逻辑"悖论",更是与当今世界发展的时代潮流背道而驰,实为一种保守主义的复归与倒退。不过也正因如此,特朗普政府未来是否会回归"美国优先"与"全球主义"的平衡,值得研究。
