大学生的注意控制在功能失调性态度与社交焦虑间的中介效应

Mediating effects of attentional control between dysfunctional attitudes and social anxiety among college students

目的:探讨注意控制在大学生功能失调性态度与社交焦虑之间的中介作用。方法:采用交往焦虑量表(IAS)、功能失调性态度问卷(DAS)、注意控制量表(ACS)测量1611名大学生的社交焦虑程度、功能失调性态度和注意控制能力,使用结构方程模型和bootstrap法对注意控制的潜在中介效应进行验证。结果:IAS得分与ACS三维度呈负相关(r=-0. 27、-0. 38、-0. 38,均P <0. 01),与DAS总分存在正相关(r=0. 33,P <0. 01)。结构方程模型显示注意控制在功能性失调性态度与社交焦虑间起部分中介作用(GFI=0. 99、AGFI=0. 99、RMSEA=0. 04)。Bootstrap检验结果表明,注意控制的中介作用大小为0. 18 (95%CI:0. 15~0. 22,P <0. 01),中介效应贡献率为54. 5%。结论:注意控制在大学生功能失调性态度与社交焦虑之间具有部分中介效应,可通过提高注意控制能力,进而降低社交焦虑水平,促进大学生的心理健康。

Objective： To explore the mediating effect of attentional control on the relationship between dysfunctional attitudes and social anxiety in college students. Methods： Totally 1611 college students were investigated with the Interaction Anxiety Scale（ IAS）,the Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale（ DAS） and the Attentional Control Scale（ ACS） about social anxiety level,dysfunctional attitudes and ability of attentional control,the potential moderating effect of attentional control was examined by structural equation modeling and bootstrapping. Results： The IAS total scores were negatively correlated with ACS three dimensions（ r =-0. 27,-0. 38,-0. 38,P〈0. 01）,and positively correlated with DAS total scores（ r = 0. 33,P〈0. 01）. The structural equation model showed that attentional control played a partial mediating role in the relationship between dysfunctional attitudes and social anxiety（ GFI =0. 99,AGFI = 0. 99,RMSEA = 0. 04）. By bootstrap test,the mediating effect of attentional control was 0. 18（ 95% CI： 0. 15-0. 22,P〈0. 01） accounted for 54. 5%. Conclusion： Attentional control may play a partial mediating role between dysfunctional attitudes and social anxiety among college students. Improving the ability of attention control could effectively reduce social anxiety level and promote mental health of college students.
