甲巯咪唑片与柴胡疏肝散对甲状腺功能亢进患者情绪及生活质量的影响

Influence of methimazole and Chaihu Shugan powder on emotion and quality of life in patients with hyperthyroidism

目的 探讨甲巯咪唑片与柴胡疏肝散对甲状腺功能亢进患者情绪及生活质量的影响.方法 选取130例甲状腺功能亢进患者进行研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,对照组患者采用甲巯咪唑片治疗,研究组在此基础上联合柴胡疏肝散治疗,治疗后比较两组患者治疗效果、生活质量、情绪、甲状腺激素及不良反应发生情况.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（90.77％比72.31％）,复发率低于对照组（12.31％比27.69％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗后研究组血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）与血清游离甲状腺素（FT4）水平低于对照组,促甲状腺激素（TSH）水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗后研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）与汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗后研究组躯体功能、心理功能、物质功能及社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组（7.69％比20.00％）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 甲巯咪唑片联合柴胡疏肝散对甲状腺功能亢进患者情绪及生活质量改善作用显著,临床疗效较好.

Objective To investigate the influence of methimazole and Chaihu Shugan powder on emotion and quality of life in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods 130 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism were chosen and were divided into control group and research group.The control group was treated with methimazole,and the research group was treated with methimazole combined with Chaihu Shugan powder.After treatment,clinical effect,emotion,quality of life,thyroid hormone,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group （90.77% vs.72.31%）,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group （12.31% vs.27.69%）,with statistically different differences （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of FT4 and FT3 of the research group were lower than those of the control group,the level of TSH was higher than that of the control group,with statistically different differences （P〈0.05）.After treatment,HAMA and HAMD scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically different differences （P〈0.05）.After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,material function,and social function of the research group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically different differences （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was lower than that of the control group （7.69% vs.20.00%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Methimazole combined with Chaihu Shugan powder has great improvement on quality of life and emotions in patients with hyperthyroidism,with good clinical effects.
