血塞通联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊对老年偏头痛患者生活质量的影响及疗效观察

目的 探讨血塞通联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊对老年偏头痛患者生活质量的影响及疗效.方法 选取140例偏头痛老年患者进行研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组.对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,研究组在此基础上联合血塞通治疗.治疗后比较两组患者生活质量、偏头痛发作次数、持续时间、VAS评分及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,研究组偏头痛发作次数、持续时间及VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P＜ 0.05）.治疗后,研究组日常生活、行走能力、情绪、日常工作、睡眠、人际关系及生活兴趣评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.治疗过程中研究组共发生不良反应9例（12.86％）,对照组7例（10.00％）,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 血塞通联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊可有效降低老年偏头痛患者偏头痛发作次数、持续时间及疼痛程度,有利于生活质量的改善,安全性好.

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuesaitong combined with flunarizine hydrochloride for elderly patients with migraine and the influence on their quality of life.Methods 140 elderly patients with migraine were chosen as experimental objects,and were divided into a control group and a research group.The control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride,and the research group with Xuesaitong and flunarizine hydrochloride.After the treatment,the quality of life,attack frequency and duration time,VAS score,and adverse reactions were compared between these two group.Results After the treatment,the attack frequency and duration time and VAS score were lower in the research group than in the control group,with statistical differences （all P 〈 0.05）.After the treatment,the scores of daily life,walking ability,emotion,daily work,sleep,interpersonal relationship,and life interest were lower in the research group than in the control group,with statistical differences （all P 〈 0.05）.9 cases （12.86%） occurred adverse reactions in the research group and 7 cases （10.00%） in the control group,with no statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Xuesaitong combined with flunarizine hydrochloride for elderly patients with migraine can effectively decrease their attack frequency and duration time and pain and improve their quality of life and is safe.
