盐酸右美托咪定联合瑞芬太尼麻醉对骨科手术患者的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨盐酸右美托咪定联合瑞芬太尼麻醉对骨科手术患者的影响。方法抽取2016年1月12日至2017月1月12日至本院就诊的需要区域阻滞麻醉的骨科手术患者300例,随机分为常规组和实验组,各150例。对两组患者给予不同的麻醉方式,分析其麻醉效果。结果常规组T1、T2、T3时间点RR、SpO2明显低于实验组(均P〈0.05);实验组呼吸抑制、上呼吸道梗阻、恶心呕吐发生率明显低于常规组(均P〈0.05)。结论对骨科手术患者采取盐酸右美托咪定联合瑞芬太尼麻醉的效果显著,安全性较高,可达到良好的镇静效果,值得采纳。 Objective To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride combined with remifentanil anesthesia on patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery. Methods 300 orthopaedic surgery patients who were admitted into our hospital for treatment under regional block anesthesia from January 12th, 2016 to January 12th, 2017 were selected, and divided into a conventional group and an experimental group, 150 cases for each group. Different anesthesia methods were given to the two groups; and the anesthetic effects were analyzed. Results At T1, T2, and T3, the RR and SpO2 were significantly lower in the conventional group than in the experimental group (P 〈 0.05). The incidences of respiratory depression, upper airway obstruction and nausea and vomiting were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the conventional group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride combined with remifentanil anesthesia is effective for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery.
