柑橘采摘辅助机械的设计

中国是水果消耗大国同时也是水果生产大国,柑橘是平时生活中极为常见的一类水果,尤其在四川云南一带极为盛产,提高柑桔采摘效率和降低采摘成本是当前十分关心的问题。现今柑橘果农由于作业范围广(果实分布高低不均)对柑橘的触碰力度控制要求高等问题增加了很多劳动量,故市场急需一种辅助人工的柑橘采摘工具。在此状况下,我们设计了一种用于柑橘采摘的辅助机械工具,降低农民劳动强度、提高采摘效率、保证采摘果品的质量。

China is a fruit-consuming country and a fruit-producing country. Citrus is a very common type of fruit in daily life. It is extremely prolific in Yunnan. Improving citrus picking efficiency and reducing picking costs are currently of great con- cem. Nowadays, citrus fruit farmers have increased the labor demand due to the wide range of operations （uneven fruit distribu- tion） and the high control requirements for citrus touch. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a manual citrus picking tool. Un- der this circumstance, we designed an auxiliary mechanical tool for citrus picking to reduce the labor intensity of farmers, im- prove the efficiency of picking, and ensure the quality of harvested fruit.
