人抗凝血酶Ⅲ生产工艺中的病毒灭活/去除效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对人抗凝血酶Ⅲ(Human AntithrombinⅢ,ATⅢ)生产工艺的病毒灭活/去除效果进行研究。方法:选取PRV、SV、EMCV和MVM作为指示病毒,考察了S/D处理法、冻干干热法和纳米膜过滤工艺的病毒灭活/去除能力。结果 S/D处理法灭活PRV达到5.250 Lg TCID50/ml,灭活SV达到5.544 Lg PFU/ml;冻干干热法灭活PRV达到4.750 Lg TCID50/ml,灭活EMCV达到6.000 Lg TCID50/ml,灭活SV达到7.760 Lg PFU/ml;纳米膜过滤法去除MVM达到5.375 Lg TCID50/ml。所有的指示病毒均能被有效地灭活/去除。结论:上述方法均能安全有效地灭活/去除人抗凝血酶Ⅲ中的病毒。
