国内外医患共同决策研究及应用进展之比较

Shared Decision-making Research and Application Progress:Comparison and Review on Chinese and Foreign Studies

医患共同决策(shared decision-making,SDM)历经四十多年的研究和众多学科的临床实践,其在欧美等国的发展已相当成熟,不仅建立了较为完善的理论体系,设计出数百种患者决策辅助工具,同时也发展出国际患者决策援助标准,逐步建立起相关法律或政策支持,并开发出应用于不同场景的SDM评估工具。而SDM在国内还是较为新兴的理念,对SDM的应用实践缺乏整体性研究和系统设计。对国内外SDM的研究发展进行一个完整和系统的梳理回顾,希望为SDM在我国医疗界的研究提供可借鉴的思路,推动SDM在临床实践中的进一步应用。

After more than 40 years research and clinical practice in many disciplines, shared decision-making （SDM） has been fully developed in Europe and the United States. It has not only established a complete theoretical system, but also designed hundreds of patient decision aids. Meanwhile, it developed the international patient decision aid standards （IPDAS）, gradually got relevant legal and policy supports. In addition, SDM assessment tools have been developed for different scenarios. However, SDM is still a new concept in China, being lack of holistic research and system design for its application. Therefore, this paper conducts a systematic review of SDM research progress and development, so as to provide suggestions for further research and application of SDM in China.
