摘要
目的探讨示错五步法在内科新职工护理技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取2016年该院内科新职工48名,随机分为对照组和实验组,各24名。分别实施传统的技能培训与传统的培训结合示错五步法培训,通过问卷调查、临床技能考核等方式对教学效果进行比较。结果与对照组新职工相比,实验组新职工在包括兴趣性、满意度、能力培养的主观评估、临床护理技能操作考试的客观评估以及综合能力的主观评估方面均有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论示错五步法适用于内科新职工的护理技能培训。
Objective To explore the application of the five-step mistakes demonstration method in the train- ing of new nursing staffs in the department of internal medicine. Methods In 2016, 48 new employees in the depart- ment of internal medicine of the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 24 cases of each group. The traditional skill training and the traditional training combined with the five-step mis- takes training were carried out separately and the teaching effect was compared by means of questionnaire survey and clinical skill examination. Results Compared with the new employees in the control group, the new employees in the experimental group showed significant improvement in subjective evaluation including interest, satisfaction, ability culti- vation, objective evaluation of clinical nursing skills operation test and subjective evaluation of comprehensive ability, with statistically significant differences (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusions The five-step mistakes demonstration method is suitable for the nursina skills training of new internal medical staffs.
