School-based Construction of German-type Talents' Training System for Automotive Electrical and Mechanical Technology in Line with Multiple Intelligences

摘要 本文分析了高职汽车电子技术专业人才培养现状及其人才培养存在问题,论述了多元智力下汽车机电技术德式人才培养体系的构想、创建、问题与对策等,通过培养目标、内容、条件、管理和评价等五个子体系进行了探究,以更好培养合格的汽车机电及相关技术服务人才,提高高职院校汽车专业毕业生市场竞争力。 This paper analyzes the current situation of training talents of automotive electronic technology in the higher vocational education and the existing problems in the training process. It also discusses the concept, creation, problems and counter-measures of the training system of automotive mechanical and electrical technology in line with multiple intelligences, and explores the five subsystems of the training objectives, contents, conditions, management and evaluation so as to better train qualified automobile electromechanical and related technical service talents and improve the market competitiveness of automobile professional graduates in higher vocational colleges.
