龙滩水库分类洪水防洪调度规则研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对龙滩水库原调度规则精细程度不足的问题,结合流域洪水类型多样化的特点,推求优化了龙滩水库分类洪水防洪调度规则。该规则的优化思路主要分为3个步骤:(1)从调度可操作性和实用性出发,将不同量级的预报信息纳入调度规则中作为判别条件,构建自识别控泄方式,并拟定包含预报变量和控泄变量的分类洪水调度规则一般形式;(2)以控制断面场次洪水集加权平均削峰最大为优化目标,通过模拟调度优选预报变量和控泄变量;(3)选取不同类型的典型洪水检验分类洪水调度规则的优越性。实例研究表明,分类洪水调度规则能充分发挥龙滩水库的防洪效益,有效改善不同类型洪水的调度效果,具有较强的可操作性和实用性。 In order to refine the original flood control rules of Longtan Reservoir,combined with the characteristics of the diversification of the flood types,the classified flood control rules for Longtan Reservoir are proposed. The optimization process of the rules is divided into three steps:(1) Considering the operability and practicability,the forecast information of different orders of magnitude is included in the rules as the discriminant condition to construct the self-identification control method,and the classified flood control rules including the forecast variable and the control variable is established.(2) With the flood set weighted average peak cut taken as the optimization target,the forecast variable and the control variable are optimized by simulation.(3) The superiority of the classified flood control rules are tested by using different types of typical flood. The results show that the classified flood control rules can give full play to flood control benefits and improve the operation effect of different types of floods effectively,possessing strong practicality and operability.
