白术挥发油对代谢综合征大鼠糖脂代谢的影响 被引量:28

Effect of volatile Oil from Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz on the Glucolipid Metabolism of Metabolic Syndrome in Rats

摘要 目的:研究白术挥发油对代谢综合征大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法:采用高脂高糖高盐饮食法制备代谢综合征大鼠模型,造模成功后,分别灌胃二甲双胍(100mg/kg)和白术挥发油(100mg/kg和200mg/kg),给药6周后,取大鼠血清,检测甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)和空腹胰岛素(FINS)含量,同时观察白术挥发油对代谢综合征大鼠体重的影响。结果:与模型组相比较,白术挥发油能有效降低代谢综合征大鼠血清中FBG、FINS、TG、TC和LDL-C水平,提高胰岛素敏感性和HDL-C含量。结论:白术挥发油可通过提高胰岛素敏感性,从而改善代谢综合征大鼠的糖脂代谢。 Objective:The aim of our study is to explore the effect of volatile oil from Atractylodes Macroeephala Koidz (VOA) on the glucolipid metabolism of metabolic syndrome in rats. Methods : We used high-fat diet to establish a rat model of metabolic syndrome. And then the rats were administrated with metformin (100mg/kg) and VOA (100mg/kg and 200mg/kg), respectively. Six weeks later, the blood samples were collected for the examination of FBG, FINS, TG, TC and LDL-C level. Whafs more, we also determined the effect of VOA on the body weight of rats with metabolic syndrome. Results:Compared to model group, VOA effectively decreased the FBG, FINS,TG, TC and LI)L-C level of rats with metabolic syndrome, and enhanced insulin sensitive and HDL-C level. Conclusion. VOA enhances insulin sensitive to improve glucolipid metabolism of metabolic syndrome in rats.
