雅安藏茶醇沉物对小鼠耐缺氧作用实验研究

摘要 目的:研究雅安藏茶醇沉物对小鼠的耐缺氧作用及其机制。方法:根据体重将ICR小鼠随机分成4组:空白对照组、雅安藏茶醇沉物100、200、400mg/kg 3个剂量组,连续灌胃16d,分别采用常压耐缺氧实验、急性脑缺血性缺氧实验、亚硝酸钠中毒存活实验,观察雅安藏茶醇沉物对小鼠的耐缺氧作用;并通过检测血清与肝脏中的SOD、MDA含量,探讨其可能的作用机制。结果:雅安藏茶醇沉物可以明显延长小鼠常压缺氧条件下的存活时间和急性脑缺血缺氧条件下的张口喘气时间,且能够增强小鼠血清和肝脏SOD活性,降低MDA含量。结论:雅安藏茶醇沉物具有明显的耐缺氧作用。 Objective:To observe the effects of alcohol precipitate from Ya'an Tibetan tea on anti-anoxia in mice and investigate its possible mechanismMethods : Based on the weights, the mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank control group, alcohol precipitate from Ya'an Tibetan tea 100,200 and 400mg/kg groups, samples were administered to the mice for about 16 consecutive days. The experiment of bearing hypoxia at normal pressure,acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia and sodium nitrite poisoning were conducted to study the effect of on anti-anoxia in mice. Then the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities, the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) of mice serum and liver were detected,in order to investigate its mechanism. Results:alcohol precipitate from Ya'an Tibetan tea obviously prolonged the survival time of anoxic mice at normal pressure and acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia, enhanced the SOD activities of mice serum and liver,decreased the MDA content of mice blood and liver. Conclusion:alcohol precipitate from Ya'an Tibetan tea has the anti-anoxia functions.
