吉祥草配伍余甘子不同提取物及其有效部位组合对Lewis肺癌小鼠模型的药效学比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究吉祥草配伍余甘子抗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的提取物及最佳有效部位配伍,为吉祥草配伍余甘子的开发利用研究提供参考。方法:以常规水提法、渗漉提取法为提取方法提取吉祥草配伍余甘子不同部位,以Lewis肺癌小鼠模型来筛选最佳药材提取方法;将分离出的各有效部位进行组间配伍,以Lewis肺癌小鼠模型来筛选最佳有效部位配伍组合。结果:最佳提取方法筛选中,给药组脾脏指数与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);60%乙醇高剂量组的胸腺指数与阴性对照组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);95%乙醇高(中)剂量组、60%乙醇高(中)剂量组的抑瘤率与阴性对照组比较,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。有效部位组合筛选中:(A+C)组、(B+C)组的脾脏指数与阴性对照组比较,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);胸腺指数,(A+C)组、C组、(B+C)组与阴性对照组比较分别为P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.05;给药组的抑瘤率与阴性对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中(A+B)组差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),(A+B)组最高。结论:吉祥草配伍余甘子中的总皂苷与总黄酮组合是抗非小细胞肺癌以及保护免疫器官的最主要药效物质。 Objective:Study the the best compatibility of effective components on the compatibility of Pink Reineckea Herb and phyllanthus emblical, in resisting the non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC), providing the basis for the development and utilization of certain research on the compatibility of Pink Reineckea Herb and phyllanthus emblical. Methods: To extract the different parts of the compatibility of Pink Reineckea Herb and phyllanthus emblical, from the method of conventional water extraction and percolation extraction, and finally screen out the best method of extracting by the Lewis lung cancer mice model. Compatibility between the compositions of separating out,and find out the best compatibility of effective components combination. Results : In the selection of the best extraction method:medicine group of spleen index compared with negative control group, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. The 60% ethanol high dose group have significant difference (P〈0.01). compareded with negative control group . The inhibitory rate of 95 % ethanol high(medium)dose group and 60 % ethanol high(medium)dose group have significant difference(P〈 0.01). compareded with negative control group. In the effective parts combination: (A + C) and (B+ C) group of spleen index compared with negative control group, P 〈0.01, with statistical significance. Thymus index, A+ C group, C group, (B+ C) group compared with negative control group, respectively(P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05, P 〈 0. 05. Dosage groups of inhibitory rate compared with negative control group,there are differences(P〈0.05) ,(A+B) group has significant difference (P〈0.01). The inhibitory rate of (A+B) group is the highest. Conclusion : saponins and flavonoids, which come from Reineckea Herb combination of Phyllanthus emblical, is the main efficacy material of non-small cell lung cancer and to protect the immune organ.
