摘要
目的:优化高效高压差低温连续式提取分离浓缩技术及成套装备水提取五味子工艺,为规模化生产提供参考和指导。方法:以五味子醇甲的提取率和干膏率作为评价指标,采用正交试验对影响水提取工艺的溶剂倍数、提取次数、提取压力3个因素进行考察。结果:优选出最佳提取工艺为:药材量20倍的水,提取2次,提取压力0~35MPa。结论:优选出的五味子高效高压差低温连续式水提取工艺稳定、可行,可为规模化生产提供参考和指导。
Objective:Optimization of high-efficient high-pressure and low-temperature continuous extraction separation and concentration technology and complete equipment water extraction of Schisandra chinensis technology,to provide reference and guidance for large-scale production. Methods:Taking the extraction rate and dry paste rate of schisandrin a as evaluation index,orthogonal test was applied to investigate 3 factors that affect the extraction time, extraction times and extraction pressure of water extraction technology. Results:The best extraction process was selected for 20 times the amount of water, 2 times, and the pressure 0~ 35MPa was extracted. Conclusion : The optimized continuous extraction process of high efficiency, high pressure difference and low temperature for Schisandra chinensis is stable and feasible,which can provide reference and guidance for standardized production.
