摘要
目的:比较不同产地莲子及莲子不同部位铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)5种重金属元素的含量。方法:收集55份不同产地的莲子、去心莲子和莲子心,建立测定莲子中5种重金属含量的ICPMS法,测定其含量,并运用ANVON单因素方差分析中多重比较法对结果进行分析。结果:55份莲子、去心莲子及莲子心样品Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu 5种重金属的含量均符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》的要求。不同产地(福建建瓯、江西广昌、湖南湘潭)的莲子中Pb的含量,福建建瓯与江西广昌存在显著性差异(P<0.05),江西广昌与湖南湘潭存在显著性差异(P<0.05);Cd、As、Hg、Cu的含量,三个产地均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。产自湖南湘潭的莲子不同部位中Pb的含量,莲子与去心莲子存在显著性差异(P<0.05),去心莲子与莲子心存在显著性差异(P<0.05);Cd、As去心莲子与莲子心存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其余均无显著性差异(P>0.05);Cu的含量去心莲子与莲子心存在显著性差异(P<0.01),其余无显著性差异;Hg三者均无显著性差异。结论:建立测定Pb、Cd、Hg、Cu、As 5种重金属元素含量的ICP-MS方法准确、可靠、重现性好。无论是莲子的不同产地还是不同部位,铅元素的含量是共同的区别点,而去心莲子和莲子心5种重金属元素的含量差异很大,特别是铜元素的含量。
Objective. To compare the contents of 5 heavy metals (Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cu) in different parts of lotus seed and lotus seed from different cultivations. Methods: 55 lotus seeds, lotus plumule and lotus plumule were collected from different habitats. ICP-MS method was established to determine the content of 5 heavy metals in lotus seed,the content was determined, and the results were analyzed by multiple comparison method in ANVON single factor analysis of variance. Results: The contents of 5 kinds of heavy metals Pb, Cd, As, Fig and Cu in 55 lotus seeds,lotus seeds and lotus seed core samples met the requirements of the green industry standard for the import and export of medicinal plants and preparations. From different parts of Hunan in Xiangtan, lotus seeds,lotus Pb, there are significant differences and go to the heart of Lotus (P〈0.05), go to the heart of lotus and lotus had significant difference (P 〈0.05) ; Cd, As, go to the heart of lotus and lotus had significant difference (P 〈0.05), the rest there was no significant difference (P 〉0.05) ; Cu, go to the heart of lotus and lotus had significant difference (P 〈0.01), while no significant difference; there were no significant differences in Hg three. Different areas (Fujian Jianou,Jiangxi Guangchang, Hunan Xiangtan) lotus, Pb,there is a significant difference between the Fujian Jianou and Jiangxi Guangchang (P〈0.05) ,Jiangxi Guangchang and Hunan Xiangtan have significant difference (P 〈0.05) ; Cd, As, Hg, Cu, there were no significant differences between the three areas (P 〉0.05). Conclusion: The established ICP-MS method for determination of 5 heavy metal elements in Pb, Cd, Hg, Cu and As is accurate, reliable and reproducible. The content of Pb is the common difference in different parts of the lotus seed and different habitats,but the content of 5 heavy metals in lotus seed and lotus seed heart is very different,especially the content of copper.
