列缺穴治疗虚寒型肺痿探析

Preliminary Discussion of Lieque Point to Treat Deficiency-cold Lung Withered

通过收集整理文献,分析《灵枢·经脉》中有关列缺穴的记载及《金匮要略》中关于虚寒肺痿的条文,进而从列缺所主虚证与虚寒肺痿主症相关性、"治痿者独取阳明""久病入络"三方面进行辨析。提出宜辰、巳时灸列缺治疗虚寒肺痿的观点。列缺所主虚证之症候"欠,小便遗数",与虚寒肺痿"吐涎沫、必遗尿,小便数"之症密切相关。列缺治疗虚寒肺痿理论依据可靠,但目前尚未见列缺治疗肺痿的报道。朔本追源,辨明二者相关性,探讨列缺治疗虚寒肺痿理论依据,以期对临床治疗虚寒肺痿有所裨益。

According to collecting and arranging literature,after analyzing the recordation about Lieque which is enscroll on Miracu- lous Pivot-On Channels , and consult the articles about deficiency-cold Lung Withered which are enscroll on Synopsis of Golden Chamber. And then take out the analysis from the three correlate aspects , from the relationship between the charges of Lieque for deficiency syndrome and the primary syndrome of deficiency-cold Lung Withered, ＂unique treating method on the paralysis depends points of Yang Ming channel＂＂chronic diseases transforming to collaterals prolonged illness enters into venation＂. The author proposed the viewpoint of Lieque acupuncture and moxibustion to treat deficiency-cold Lung Withered at chen, si shi. The deficiency syndrome of the charges of Lieque that is ＂mouth breathing,frequent micturition and enuresis＂ is closely related with the primary syndrome of deficiency-cold Lung Withered that is ＂expectoration of saliva,certain enuresis,frequency of micturition＇. By applying lieque point to treat deficiency-cold Lung Withered is based on reliable theoretical foundation, but there haven＇t been any report about it yet. the author research its source and analyze the relationship of those, search argument about the practicability of lieque point to treat deficiency-cold Lung Withered. Looking forward to helping clinical treatment of deficiency-cold Lung Withered and provide a new thread.
