半夏泻心汤是伤寒论中治疗痞证的方药,具有寒热平调、消痞散结之功效,后世医家在临床中亦将其用于便秘、噎膈、胸痹、口疮、不寐等病症的治疗。阐述半夏泻心汤治疗中焦气机升降出入失常病案三则,以供临床参考。

Banxia Xiexin Tang is a prescription for the treatment of swelling of the abdomen in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. It has the effects of cold and heat regulation, dissolving lumps and resolving masses. Later generations physicians also used it in constipation, dysphagia, chest paralysis, aphtha, insomnia. This article describes the author to follow the mentor outpatient treatment, the use of three cases ahout Banxia Xiexin Tang in the treatment of Qi movements out of the wrong.
