Experience of Professor Yang Xuexin in the Treatment of Chest Arthralgia from the Perspective of Phlegm-heat and Stasis-toxin

胸痹心痛病是心内科常见的一种反复发作性心系疾病,通过跟师临证查阅文献总结分析杨学信教授从毒热痰瘀、心络痹阻方向治疗胸痹心痛病的经验,得出了采用多维辨证思维,运用清解毒热、化痰通络止痛法治疗胸痹的临床经验,以飨同道。

Chest arthralgia is a common recurrent paroxysmal heart disease in cardiology department. With the teacher to consult clinical literature, we summarized and analyzed the experience of Professor Yang Xuexin in the treatment of chest arthralgia from the perspective of phlegm-heat and stasis-toxin as well as blockage of heart and collaterals, to obtain the method of adopting multidimensiorial dialectical thinking, using heat clearing and detoxifying, eliminating phlegm and freeing channels analgesia to treat chest arthralgia. Now the analysis is as follows, to be shared with others.
