摘要
目的:探讨苗药金乌健骨方对类风湿关节炎(RA)的疗效。方法:选取RA患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组患者采用甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特的西医基础治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者西医治疗的基础上给予金乌健骨方治疗,治疗12周后进行疗效评价。结果:观察组患者总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、VAS评分、DAS28评分等临床观察指标均显著好转,血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)等炎症指标显著改善。结论:苗药金乌健骨方能够显著改善RA患者的临床症状及实验室指标。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Jinwu Jiangu Formula on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and to better guide the clinical medication. Methods: 60 hospitalized patients with RA were randomLy divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with methotrexate and leflunomide based on western medicine. The observation group was on the basis of western medicine On the basis of the treatment was given Jinwu Jiangu Formula treatment, and the curative effect was evaluated after 12 weeks of treatment. Results : The observation group and the contro2 group were effective, the total effective rate was 93.33 % in the observation group, significantly higher than 76.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈20. 05); after treatment, the joint swelling index, joint tenderness index , VAS score, DAS28 score and other clinical indicators were significantly improved, ESR, C-reactive protein (CRP), immunoglohulin (IgG, IgA, IgM) and other indicators of inflammation was significantly improved. Conclusion: Jinwu Jiangu Formula can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters of RA patients.
