本文以杭州市主城区不动产统一登记数据整合工作为例,介绍了杭州主城区不动产登记数据整合建设的技术路线、处理要点及存在问题等。在对现阶段不动产登记数据整理过程中出现的问题现状进行分析,为推动不动产统一登记数据整合提供可借鉴和可复制的经验。

Taking the example of integrating the real estate registration data in Hangzhou main city, and combining with real estate registration data characteristics, this paper focuses on the technical route, processing points and existing problems of the integration of real estate registration data in the main city of Hangzhou. The problems arising in the process of sorting out the real estate registration data at the current stage are analyzed in this paper, and the experience of realizing the unified registration data integration of real estate is provided for reference and reproducible experience.
