军民融合视角下我国航天企业科技竞争力解析

Analysis of Science and Technology Competence of China's Aerospace Enterprises from the Perspective of Military and Civilian Integration

在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导下,国防科技工业改革和军民融合深度发展已上升为国家战略。我国航天企业的核心竞争优势和科技竞争力对国家战略体系和能力的建设至关重要。但是目前我国航天企业却面临着科技成果众多但分散、集团下属研究院成果转化能力差、军民两用技术融合和市场融合困难等困境。如何提高科技成果成功转化率并与军民融合战略相适应,抢占国内外市场,进而提升企业科技竞争力已成为我国航天企业亟待解决的重要问题。对此,在军民融合视角下同时从技术内驱动路径和市场外驱动路径来培育航天企业科技竞争力显得迫在眉睫。

Under the guidance of Xi Jinping＇s new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics, the reform of national defense science and technology in- dustry and the deep development of civil military integration have been upgraded into the national strategy. The core competitive advantage and technological competence of aerospace enterprises are crucial to the construction of the national strategic system and capability. But at present, Chinese space enter- prises are facing with many difficulties, such as poor transformation ability of the research findings, the difficult integration of military and civilian technology and market. Thus how to achieve successful transformation of scientific and technological findings and adapt to the integration strategy of military and civilian, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises has become an important problem to he solved urgently. At last, from the perspective of military - civilian integration, it is extremely urgent to cultivate the scientific and technological competence of space enterprises from the driving path within the technology and the driving path outside the market.
