风力发电机组变速箱齿轮油国产化实践

目前我国有10余万台风电机组已并网发电,2016年发电总量已占到全部电量的4%。随着风电机组运行时间的延长,风电机组的运行维护成本也开始逐年增加,其中风电机组齿轮箱是检修的重要部位。文章选用了2种国产风电机组齿轮油和1种进口风电机组齿轮油在某风场进行了320 d的运行对比试验,结果发现,国产与进口风电机组齿轮油相比,其理化性能和润滑性能相近,说明国产风电齿轮油完全可以替代进口齿轮油,在国内推广使用。

The more than 100 thousands wind turbines have connected to the grid in our country now,and the total power generation accounted for 4% of the total quantity of electricity in 2016. With the prolongation of the running time of wind turbines,the operation and maintenance cost of wind turbines is increasing year by year,and the gearbox of wind turbines is the important part of maintenance. In this paper,the two kinds of domestic wind turbine gear oils and a kind of imported wind turbine gear oil were carried out for 320 days of running comparison test in a wind field. The results indicate that they have similar physical and chemical properties and lubricity,the domestic wind power gear oil can completely replace the imported gear oil and can be widely used in China.
