摘要
复合钛基润滑脂是一种高性能、长寿命、安全、环保的新型润滑脂,具有良好的市场前景,但我国尚未大量实现工业化。文章通过对比国内外对复合钛基润滑脂的研究进展,详细讨论了基础油、稠化剂、添加剂及加料顺序、皂化反应温度等制备工艺对成脂情况及性能的影响。结果发现,国外虽报道了相关配方及工艺,但涉及原料种类繁多、配比不详,无法重复;国内的研究发展历史较短,尚未掌握关键技术,成脂性能欠佳。需对复合钛基脂的制备技术进行更深入的探究,并深入挖掘成脂机理。
Titanium complex grease is a new type of lubricating grease which has high performances and long life and is safe and environment-friendly. It has a good market prospect,but it has not been industrialized in large number in China. In this paper,by comparing the domestic and foreign research progress of titanium complex grease,the influences of base oil,thickeners,additives and addition sequence,saponification reaction temperature and other preparation processing on the properties of titanium complex grease are discussed in detail. The results show that,for foreign research,it's difficult to be repeated because of so many kinds of raw materials involved and the unknown ingredient proportion; for domestic research,due to the short research history,the key technologies have not yet been grasped so that the performances of grease is not good. So,the preparation technology and action mechanism of titanium complex grease should be further explored.
