摘要
钦州大蚝已经获中国农产品地理标志登记保护,大蚝养殖的发展为钦州造就了一张城市新名片,但由于北部湾的海洋生态文明建设还处于起步阶段,对于钦州大蚝的利用和宣传,更多的是强调海鲜的美味,大蚝的文化价值和蚝壳建筑生态应用价值则未充分进入人们的视线。通过从蚝壳建筑文化和生态价值角度进行探讨,拓展蚝壳资源再利用的路径。
The oyster aquaculture development has brought up a "name card" of Qinzhou city, and the oyster was protected as the geographical indication agricultural products. Due to the study of Marine ecological civilization is still being built and in a somewhat early phase circumstance, while the government launched a campaign of value of publicity and utilization, they focus primarily on the food value on oyster rather than the cultural value or the history of using. This thesis focuses on the study to Oyster shell building, ex- pound and prove the oyster shell has ecological value, and also have many methods of oyster shell waste recycling.
