幕墙行业中常用的开启扇形式为外开上悬开启扇,随着幕墙行业的发展,外开上悬开启扇先后出现了摩擦铰链、挂钩及顶置合页3种连接方式。但是由于行业对于开启扇研究侧重于系统构造,侧重于水密性能,对于开启扇连接研究的重视程度不够,加之设计人员水平的参差不齐,开启扇连接方式选择错误时有发生,产生了很多或导致开启扇使用不便,或者易损坏的质量事故,也有很多开启扇掉落的安全事故。对玻璃幕墙常用的3种连接形式的开启扇,包括摩擦铰链连接式、挂钩式、顶置合页式,基本结构形式进行了逐一介绍,并简要地分析了受力原理,并结合实际发生的破坏形态,总结了各自的可能的破坏模式和破坏过程,总结各种连接结构开启扇的的性能和特点。并在此基础上结合实际工程经验,总结了3种形式开启扇的选用建议及注意事项。

On the basis of practical engineering experience, this paper summarizes the selection Suggestions and matters needing attention of three types of open fans.
